The staff were like friends from the past who welcomed us into their home! My pet received lots of loving, and the grass area for his outings was huge and well lit. The blinds are excellent for a near black-out sleep experience on comfortable beds. Breakfast is great, and the presence of local law enforcement attests to this fact.

We were rewarded for our patience and the fact we could not check until 4 !/2 hours later than promised by being upgraded to a much larger room. The staff was very apologetic and called me on my cell to let me know our room was finally ready for check in about 7:30.

The breakfast was good and they have a dedicated management staff. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is helpful The Hyatt located in Columbus, MS. has a nice setting from the managers to the kitchen staff. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was amazing! Jerome, the Asst. Manager, Ariana and Angel, at the front desk, Kimberly, in the kitchen & food service area, Emmanuel, in maintenance, and all other staff who I can't name, were amazing. All were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and never hesitated to exceed our expectations.

I've stayed at this location multiple times, but this was my first time since Covid restrictions have been lifted. Breakfast was good, but busy. I don't know if the staff is prepared for the weekend rush, but they did a good job of trying to keep things moving and breakfast stocked.

Upon entering the Hotel the first thing I saw was how very clean & nice everything looked. Ou room was spacious & the bathroom was big, loved the shower head! The bed was comfortable. It had rained a lot & the Wifi wasn’t working on the 3rd floor, but it working in the Lobby. It was ok though, we was tired & went to sleep. The Desk Clerk was awesome! So nice & courteous.

The breakfast was not great. While the staff was super kind, the offerings were either empty or poor quality. (Frozen donuts, bread, bagels). We tried to eat about 845 am each day and most of the food was gone.

The staff was nice very friendly. The hotel is in a good place. Good location. I miss breakfast but I bet it was good also.

The air in the room was nice and cold, the hot water in the shower is AMAZING, the beds were comfortable as well but the glass see through shower was the best best part of the room (for a traveling couple)
